Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering required; MBA/MS preferred.
• 2+ years of product management and business development experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in the interconnect industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategy to launch and grow the assigned product line.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Drive new business development in new markets and customers.
• Provide tools and materials with global teams to enable design wins.
• Lead product training and sales promotions to generate opportunities.
• Forecast bookings, pricing, and ROI for the product line.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality.
