Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering; MBA/MS preferred.
• 2+ years of product management and business development experience.
• 3+ years in the interconnect industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute a strategy to launch and grow the assigned product line.
• Develop roadmaps, translate market needs into product definitions and go‑to‑market plans.
• Drive new business in new markets and with existing customers.
• Collaborate with global teams to create tools and marketing materials for design wins.
• Lead product training and promotions to pursue opportunities.
• Forecast bookings and pricing, perform competitive analysis, and manage ROI.
