Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement to own cost structures across apparel and related categories. You will lead strategic procurement, run competitive RFPs with international partners, and develop clean-sheet costing frameworks to secure transparent, competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain in apparel retail.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international partners.
• Strong cost negotiation and category management experience.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for scenario analysis and procurement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute category strategy to improve margins and procurement targets.
• Lead competitive bidding processes and end-to-end vendor negotiation.
• Develop clean-sheet costing to drive pricing transparency and scale.
• Partner with material sourcing to ensure transparent pricing from key suppliers.
• Drive ongoing cost reductions and implement AI-enabled procurement playbooks.
