Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement to own cost structures for Lounge, Swim, and KBM categories, reporting to the Head of Procurement. You will craft competitive costing environments, drive supplier negotiation, and align procurement with sustainability goals across global partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in retail apparel environment.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams
• Technical aptitude for leveraging AI-powered platforms (e.g., LLMs) to conduct scenario analysis and automate complex procurement tasks
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Experience in apparel, soft goods, or home goods strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement category strategy to improve margins.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Collaborate with merchandising, materials, and production teams to align on cost structures.
• Develop and drive cost-reduction targets and track progress.
• Partner with technology to embed procurement playbooks into vendor portals and catalogs.
• Support upstream sourcing to ensure material availability and costing transparency.
• Drive value creation through innovative sourcing strategies and category maturity.
