Job summary

Quince is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Procurement for the Men's Apparel category to own cost structures and savings. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will craft competitive costing environments, drive supplier negotiations, and align procurement with sustainability and innovation goals, enabling scalable, cost-efficient global sourcing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain in retail apparel.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international partners.
• Experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.
• Technical aptitude for leveraging AI-powered platforms (e.g., LLMs) to conduct scenario analysis and automate complex procurement tasks.

Responsibilities

• Procurement Category Strategy: Define and execute the commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy to improve margins.
• RFP Ownership & Execution: Structure and run competitive, end-to-end bidding processes with manufacturing partners.
• Clean Sheet & Buy Plan Approvals: Create and utilize component-level clean sheets for pricing transparency and cost optimization.
• Upstream Sourcing: Partner with Material Manager and sourcing teams to align on materials and pricing.
• Value Creation: Identify opportunities to reshape the supply chain and extract financial value beyond traditional sourcing.
