Job summary

Quince is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement (Bags and Accessories) to own cost structures and drive savings.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, the ideal candidate will leverage deep expertise in commodity costing, clean sheet costing, and supplier negotiations to craft a competitive costing environment with Tier 1 and 2 suppliers. Success means achieving product cost near should-costing, securing supply continuity, and aligning procurement with innovation and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in global procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management in a consumer goods or retail environment.
• Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners.
• Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working cross-functionally with merchandising, materials, and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute procurement strategy and vendor distribution roadmap for assigned categories to improve margins as Quince scales.
• Lead end-to-end RFP processes with manufacturing partners, from vendor identification through award.
• Create clean sheets to drive pricing transparency and review buy plans to optimize cost and margins.
• Collaborate with upstream sourcing teams to ensure material availability for new products and cost targets.
• Identify opportunities to reshape the supply chain and extract value beyond traditional sourcing boundaries.
