Job summary

Amazon’s Global Customer Fulfillment (GCF) ACES team is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to drive network-wide projects and scale new processes. You will own a process path and define a 1-3 year vision while collaborating with Operations, Tech, SCOT, and Finance to deploy scalable improvements.

This role emphasizes standard work, adoption, and automatic process adherence with 50% US travel, reporting to an on-site office in Tempe, AZ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.

Responsibilities

• Define standard work for your process path for associates and managers.
• Document standards for the Gold Standard for station design.
• Be the central leader between Tech, Central Ops, Programs, Safety and Operations.
• Design feedback loops with customers to identify top priorities.
