Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a Senior Process Improvement Specialist for the AMXL ACES E2E CX team to develop strategies and drive measurable improvements across First, Middle, and Last Mile operations. You will use data analytics, AI, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce variation, improve customer experience, and deliver sustained performance gains in Quality, Concessions, or DEA.

• Experience handling multiple competing priorities and complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, project management, operations, logistics or related field
• Experience working in an operations, supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting role

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end customer experience strategies across AMXL's First, Middle, and Last Mile operations
• Establish strategic goals, performance metrics, and mechanisms to measure progress
• Analyze network performance, customer experience metrics, and operational trends to identify defects and root causes
• Leverage data analytics, statistical analysis, and quantitative methodologies to evaluate performance and measure initiative effectiveness
• Establish and continuously improve network-wide standards, processes, and operating mechanisms
• Present strategies, performance insights, and business recommendations to senior leadership
