Job summary

Acosta, Inc. seeks a Process Excellence Lead to own the simplify-before-migrate mandate and drive end-to-end redesign across GCC-bound functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT). You will define readiness gates, establish baselines, and guide automation and data-driven improvements.

Based in Jacksonville, FL, you will lead a global team of analysts, apply Lean, Six Sigma, and process mining, and partner with stakeholders to realize value and AI/automation program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/ops.
• 8–12 years in process improvement or GBS/Shared Services transformation.
• 5+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead process maturity assessments across Wave 1 and Wave 2 in-scope processes.
• Own design for future-state processes and standardization across GCC-bound functions.
• Define and enforce the Process Migration Readiness Checklist with sign-off authority.
• Identify and deliver quick wins and lead Lean events for high-complexity processes.
• Design end-to-end future-state architecture for GCC+AI maturity over 18–24 months.
• Support the stand-up of the GPO function and establish operating cadence.
• Coach analysts and stakeholders in process improvement methodologies.
