Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to own strategic and tactical cross-functional projects for material handling and technology systems across global facilities. You will lead large-scale implementations, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency while partnering with engineering, operations, and field teams.

You will travel 30-50% and apply expertise in automation, MHE, data analysis, and process simulation to continuously improve performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance or engineering experience.
• 3+ years of refrigeration industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments, or reliability/maintenance environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize processes focusing on equipment, workflows, and material flow.
• Ensure product standards and safety, develop testing methods and investigate issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive safety, quality, and efficiency gains.
• Monitor process performance and analyze data for improvements.
• Explore and implement new technologies to improve process efficiency.
