Acosta Employee Holdco LLC seeks a Process Excellence Lead to own the simplify-before-migrate mandate for its GBS transformation. Lead end-to-end redesign across GCC-bound functions and ensure sign-off before migration, while establishing baselines and value realization metrics.

You will build capability, manage a global team of Process Excellence Analysts, and drive automation-ready processes using Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, and data-driven approaches to accelerate business outcomes.
