Job summary

Acosta seeks a Process Excellence leader to own the simplify-before-migrate mandate for its GBS transformation. You will lead end-to-end process redesign across GCC-bound functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Europe SGA, with governance gates and GPO support.

You will build a global team of analysts, applying Lean, Six Sigma, process mining, and automation to accelerate value realization over an 18–24 month horizon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations or related field.
• 8–12 years in process improvement or GBS transformation with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; proven productivity improvement track record.

Responsibilities

• Lead process maturity assessments across Wave 1/2 in-scope processes and establish baseline metrics.
• Drive future-state process design and standardization for GCC-bound processes with simplification-first approach.
• Define and enforce the Process Migration Readiness Checklist with sign-off authority.
• Identify and deliver process-level quick wins and lead Lean events for high-complexity processes.
• Own end-to-end future-state architecture for GCC+AI maturity and dual-hub model.
