Goodwin Procter seeks a Manager to join the Global Operations Team, driving end-to-end pricing proposals and fee negotiations across AFAs, fixed fees, retainers, and value-based models. You’ll develop data-driven pricing strategies, monitor performance, and collaborate with attorneys and clients to optimize profitability.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled pricing tools, model development, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal Project Management, Finance, and Practice Groups.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pricing, commercial strategy, or finance experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage pricing requests independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end pricing proposals across AFAs, fixed fees, retainers, and value-based models.
• Manage live pricing requests, RFPs, panel submissions, and fee negotiations.
• Lead or support fee negotiations with clients and partners.
• Build commercial, client-centric pricing strategies that are profitable and sustainable.
