Job summary

3M is seeking a senior pricing leader to develop and govern pricing strategies for the Transportation & Electronics Business Group. You will establish core commercial capabilities, including pricing policies, discount controls, and value-based pricing frameworks, to improve margins.

Responsibilities include building the TEBG pricing operating model, collaborating with GBS on enterprise standards, and overseeing NPI pricing governance for new product launches with tools, analytics, and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years in pricing, finance, or commercial strategy.
• 10+ years in leadership roles in enterprise pricing, including value-based and segmented models.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement the TEBG pricing operating model.
• Partner with GBS on enterprise standards and controls.
• Oversee NPI pricing governance for new product launches, providing tools, analytics, and training to improve margin and discount discipline.
