Job summary

Payoneer is seeking a Pricing Leader to design and scale pricing strategy, processes, products, and packaging. You will work with central and regional GTM teams on pricing, automate workflows, and partner with Product to build scalable pricing capabilities.

This role requires 10+ years in pricing, strong leadership, and deep governance expertise. You will partner with Growth, Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, and regional teams to ensure effective pricing execution and sustained margin growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, commercial strategy, revenue strategy, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in building pricing teams.
• Strong strategic acumen with ability to translate market dynamics into actionable pricing strategies.
• Deep understanding of pricing governance, discounting, packaging, processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Legal.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, or related field; MBA or mgmt. consulting experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic pricing initiatives across Payoneer’s global portfolio, translating priorities into recommendations, frameworks, and plans.
• Partner with central and regional teams to align pricing strategy, governance, and workflows.
• Improve pricing processes, decision tools, approval flows, controls, and cadence for faster, scalable pricing decisions.
• Develop data-informed business cases and executive-level recommendations for changes in pricing, packaging models, incentives, and monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with Growth, Finance, Legal, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and regional teams on pricing execution.
• Work with Product teams to define and build pricing capabilities, including automation and customer-facing experiences.
• Monitor pricing performance and adjust strategy to protect margin and drive growth.
