Job summary

Infinite Electronics seeks an experienced Director of Pricing Strategy to lead enterprise pricing across our global portfolio, driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market competitiveness.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Marketing, and executive leadership to analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive dynamics, and financial performance to inform pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in pricing, commercial strategy, finance, business analytics, or revenue management.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience developing enterprise pricing strategies.
• Demonstrated success improving profitability through strategic pricing initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience building pricing models and financial analyses.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and executive leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of pricing methodologies, margin optimization, market segmentation, and commercial strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise pricing strategies aligned with business goals to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, and leadership to translate insights into pricing decisions.
• Continuously evaluate and update pricing strategies based on market changes and performance.
• Drive pricing governance, scalable models, segmentation, discount frameworks, and governance processes.
• Provide strategic guidance to Sales on pricing strategies, policies, and negotiations.
• Conduct regular pricing reviews and recommend adjustments to improve profitability.
• Partner with Finance to develop metrics, dashboards, and OKRs for pricing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Product Management on pricing for new products and portfolio expansion.
• Stay current on industry trends and share knowledge across the organization.
• Develop and deliver executive-ready presentations on pricing strategy and risks.
