Job summary

Globalization Partners Inc. is seeking a Manager in Pricing & Operations Strategy to drive tactical execution, partner with cross-functional teams, and deliver robust financial modeling.

You will help protect gross margins, accelerate sales cycles, and provide analytical support across the organization to unlock high-impact revenue opportunities. The role offers exposure to leadership across the company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or similar.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L mechanics, and forecasting processes.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling; ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SQL, PowerPivot, PowerQuery or similar data querying tools preferred.
• Experience working in a fast paced, high growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Cost-to-Serve modeling: own and refine models for pricing accuracy and margin protection.
• Cross-functional enablement: support deal desk inquiries, retention strategies, capacity insights.
• Financial operations: manage monthly and quarterly close activities and regular cadence deliverables.
• Business unit growth: provide support to scale Gia and Contractor lines of business.
• Ad-hoc execution: deliver high-quality analytical support as needed.
