Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise technology sales.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, Data & AI, Security, Business Applications, Copilot).
• Translate technology into business value and enable transformation journeys.
• End-to-end solution development including business case and delivery approach.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation and proposal writing, with C-level influence.
• Lead cross-functional, global teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Global collaboration across EY and client teams; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global presales strategy for the EY–Microsoft Alliance.
• Support and lead presales on strategic, high-value global pursuits.
• Align presales with Microsoft’s AI Business Solution Area and Sales Plays.
• Collaborate across EY lines to design integrated end-to-end solutions.
• Engage senior client stakeholders to shape transformation opportunities.
• Develop reusable assets, proposals, and playbooks for scalable execution.
• Shape differentiated EY–Microsoft offerings leveraging Microsoft tech.
