EY seeks a Global Microsoft Presales Leader for AI Business Solutions to define and lead the global presales strategy across the EY–Microsoft Alliance, shaping major pursuits and ensuring a consistent, high-quality presales approach.

You will work with Microsoft, EY leadership, and regional teams to architect compelling solutions and narratives, leveraging Azure, Data & AI, Copilot, and related technologies. Some travel is expected in a global role.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, or enterprise tech sales.
• Experience shaping and closing high-value opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and GTM models.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead the global presales strategy for the EY–Microsoft Alliance.
• Support and lead presales on strategic global pursuits, coordinating with Sales, Alliance, Practice/Delivery and client teams.
• Align presales approaches to Microsoft AI Business Solutions and Sales Plays, co-sell motions and field priorities.
• Collaborate across EY service lines, sectors, delivery teams, and Microsoft stakeholders to design integrated, end-to-end solutions addressing client challenges.
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to shape transformation opportunities and articulate clear, outcome-driven value propositions.
• Develop reusable assets, proposal content, and playbooks to enable consistent presales execution across regions.
• Help shape differentiated EY–Microsoft solutions leveraging Microsoft technology and EY capabilities.
