Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Global PMO Director to lead and manage a large portfolio of programs. You will serve as the primary client contact for staffing and delivery escalations and oversee PMO processes and training.

You will facilitate program charters, integrated timelines, and cross-functional execution to ensure on-time delivery and successful completion, while reporting status to stakeholders and managing vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university.
• Minimum eight years of related experience.
• Minimum four years of leadership support experience required.
• PgMP (Program Management Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of projects and programs end-to-end.
• Serve as primary client contact and escalation point for staffing or delivery issues.
• Train PMO staff and develop PMO processes to support client requests and needs.
• Facilitate development of a program charter and integrated timeline.
• Accountable to ensure all functions stay on schedule and issues are resolved.
• Report status of individual and groups of projects and programs clearly and succinctly.
• Manage internal and external relationships; may contract and manage vendors.
