Colliers in San Francisco, CA is seeking a senior leader to serve as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of the PMO, accountable for how work gets done across the globe. You will own the project delivery framework and manage Sr. PMs and PMs to ensure delivery excellence and adherence to processes.

The role focuses on delivery performance, resource balancing, and program governance, with broad scope across international projects and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership role overseeing PMO and delivery framework.
• Experience managing Sr. Program Manager and Program Manager teams.

Responsibilities

• Review Master Program Health dashboard to identify systemic issues.
• Lead Program & Resource Allocation meetings and re-balance workloads.
• Coordinate with GRE Controls & CoE on risk mitigation.
• Present program health and resource plans to PMI Leadership Council/Deal Review Committee.
• Coach Sr. PM on stakeholder management.
• Head the Program Management Community of Practice.
