Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Program Manager to plan, execute, and deliver cross-functional programs within People Strategy and Operations. You will manage stakeholder relationships, drive data-backed outcomes, and lead teams to align with organizational goals.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills are essential to deliver on strategic objectives. The role covers end-to-end PMO processes, charter development, timeline integration, and routine reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of experience, education, or certification (e.g., PMP).
• Minimum two years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
• Smartsheet knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable service to customers and present data-driven narratives.
• Knowledge of financial terms and basic financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional projects end-to-end using a formal PMO process.
• Develops a charter and integrated timeline.
• Keeps functions on schedule; escalates issues and manages project pipeline.
• Facilitates regular status reviews for active and pending projects.
• Collaborates with the core team to implement solutions and complete projects.
• Makes decisions with understanding of procedures, policies, and business practices.
• Sets deadlines, reports status, and summarizes complex issues clearly.
• Manages tasks, tracks progress, and removes roadblocks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Manages internal and external relationships and may manage vendors.
• Oversees People Team projects and coordinates with stakeholders; creates training materials.
• Uses data insights to inform narratives that persuade action.
• Hosts live trainings, presentations, and office hours to educate stakeholders.
• Creates and distributes PMO reports and updated Gantt charts.
• Serves as primary client contact for staffing, bandwidth, or delivery issues.
• Provides informal guidance and may lead project teams.
