Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Global Programs Lead, the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of the PMO, to own how work is delivered across the globe. You will oversee Sr.

PMs and PMs, ensuring delivery excellence, process adherence, and optimal resource management for Google's most complex real estate initiatives. You will champion a predictable, transparent execution model, integrate PMI orchestration mechanics, and drive improvements across the program delivery engine.

Responsibilities

• Review the 'Master Program Health' Dashboard and identify systemic issues across projects in North America.
• Lead the 'Program & Resource Allocation' meetings to re-balance workloads for critical programs such as "Project Chimera".
• Coordinate with GRE Controls & CoE to develop a new 'Permitting Risk Mitigation' checklist for the playbook.
• Attend the PMI Leadership Council to report on project health and resource re-allocation needs for major initiatives.
• Resolve senior resource conflicts by prioritizing projects based on strategic importance and communicating decisions.
