Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Global PMO Director to lead a portfolio of large, complex programs. You will manage teams, serve as primary client contact, and drive end-to-end delivery through a formal PMO process.

Responsibilities include resource planning, program charters, governance, status reporting, and vendor interactions across multiple functions. Requires eight+ years of leadership and PMO experience; PgMP/PMP preferred. On-site with CBRE in the United States.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of leadership or PMO experience required.
• Experience building and managing PMO processes and charters.
• Strong communication and client-management skills.
• Ability to manage vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams delivering a portfolio of projects and programs.
• Acts as primary client contact and escalation point for staffing, bandwidth, or delivery issues.
• Supports resource assignment to projects/programs as needed.
• Trains PMO staff and develops PMO processes/services.
• Leads end-to-end delivery using formal PMO processes and charters.
• Facilitates program governance, integrated timelines, and status reviews.
• Reports on status of individual and groups of projects and programs.
• Manages internal/external relationships; may contract and manage vendors.
• Consults on large-scale projects within an organized program.
• Other duties may be assigned.
