Google Enterprise Networking (GEN) seeks a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to lead the PMO. You will coordinate cross-functional projects spanning offices and time zones, plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and report progress to stakeholders across the company.

As part of the GEN PMO, you will standardize processes, provide training, and measure program performance while collaborating with IT and product teams to enable velocity, predictability and quality in alignment

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications in program management and Agile methodologies.
• 10 years of experience in program management and managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, including experience in governance, PMO standardization, and process development across enterprises.
• 7 years of experience in a leadership role.
• 5 years of experience leading process and tooling changes and facilitating cross-functional alignment to PMO governance and practices.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences, representing PMO performance based on business, technical and product metrics.
• Experience leading a mission critical PMO at scale.
• Ability to work in a highly integrated team with technical and non-technical members.
• Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in executive Leadership Team decisions and organizational leadership. Present in meeting forums, including organization level updates, all-hands meetings, Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Drive oversight and governance of GEN-wide programs to ensure effective execution and ROI.
• Mature PMO tooling, metrics and reporting for leadership visibility and predictable outcomes.
• Establish continuous improvement mechanisms for program management and product life-cycle processes and assets.
• Manage cross-functional programs through full life-cycle to meet objectives and communicate changes.
