Job summary

RGBSI is looking for a Program Management Office Lead to establish and evolve an enterprise PMO in Iowa, driving strategic initiatives and business transformation across the organization.

The role partners with executive leaders to oversee cross-functional and ERP programs, mentors project managers, and drives risk management, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Enterprise-scale, cross-functional program leadership experience.
• ERP or large-scale enterprise program experience.
• Strong portfolio management and executive communication skills.
• PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
