Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including short-notice travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.
• Manage internal and external relationships with contractor partners and stakeholders to guide delivery.
• Keep all functions on schedule and escalate issues to complete programs on time.
• Run day-to-day pathway operations including hiring events, logistics, and trainee travel.
• Track enrollment against contractor demand and monitor attendance, completion, placement, and retention with partners.
• Administer program systems and ensure data integrity, access, permissions, deduplication, and automation.
• Maintain recurring reporting and dashboards on hiring funnel, cohort status, and fulfillment.
• Own project trackers with milestones, owners, risks, and decisions; publish status regularly.
• Serve as operational point of contact for events, launches, and partner visits.
• Define, develop, and maintain SOPs and program documentation.
