Goodwin is seeking a People Operations Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle with emphasis on onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and data integrity. You will work with the Legal and Professional Staff Talent Acquisition teams, HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT, and Admin to streamline workflows and drive process improvements.

With 4+ years in HR, proven Workday experience, and a strong service mindset, you will mentor colleagues, deliver timely reports, and ensure compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years HR experience in a professional services setting preferred.
• 2+ years working with HRIS systems, Workday a plus.
• Ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion with highly confidential information required.

Mansioni

• Maintain data integrity and enter HR data into HRIS across onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Audit and maintain firm data, resolve inaccuracies.
• Project-manage performance reviews, talent management, and succession initiatives.
• Provide confidential support to Employee Relations and Compliance teams.
• Own onboarding/offboarding processes, conduct new hire checks and exit interviews.
• Identify and drive HR lifecycle process improvements with HRIS.
• Mentor junior People Operations staff.
• Produce on-demand personnel reports and analyze data for leaders.
• Handle tier-2 inquiries from employees and attorneys.
• Monitor state/local employment law changes and ensure compliance postings.
• Understand GDPR and data privacy regulations.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
