Goodwin is seeking a People Operations Specialist to manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes. You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and legal teams to streamline processes, protect data integrity, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced professional services environment.

You will lead onboarding and exits, support compliance, and mentor junior staff while delivering accurate HR data and reports. The role reports to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years of human resources experience; law firm or professional services a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of HRIS experience; Workday experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding and offboarding activities and manage lifecycle changes.
• Perform HR data entry, audits, and ensure data integrity across HRIS.
• Produce on-demand personnel reports and analyze HR data trends.
• Provide tier-2 support for employee inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the People department.
• Mentor junior team members and partner with HR leadership on projects.
