Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a People Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations for a globally distributed team. You will own lifecycle processes, compliance, benefits, and HR data integrity using Justworks and Deel, with major focus on US transactions and complex international work.

You will consolidate systems, automate quarterly cycles, and partner with the VP of People to shape leveling, compensation, and operational workflows across US and international entities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in people operations, preferably in tech
• Experience handling multi-country workforce (UK/US required)
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (Justworks a plus)

Responsibilities

• Own employee lifecycle operations end-to-end (onboarding, changes, exits)
• Manage international compliance and EOR relationships
• Administer benefits and vendor coordination
• Maintain HR data integrity and system of record
• Automate manual cycles and document processes with AI tools
• Support reporting on headcount, attrition and org data
