Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a proactive People Operations professional to own onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, and lifecycle processes for a globally distributed team. This role emphasizes data integrity, confidentiality, and navigating country-specific employment requirements as the company grows.

You will partner with Employers of Record (EORs) and external specialists, drive automation, and build scalable People playbooks and resources to support remote

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations in tech.
• Experience managing employee data across HRIS and related documentation with confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and detail-management skills for recurring processes.
• Experience supporting remote teams with Notion, Slack, Zoom, or similar tools.
• Interest in AI, automation, and scalable systems for People Ops.
• Clear communication across diverse audiences and formats.
• Experience with global employment models or EORs is valued.
• Exposure to immigration or international employment requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Maintain accurate records across HRIS and related platforms.
• Coordinate recurring People programs, including new-hire feedback cycles.
• Partner with EOR providers on global employment, immigration, and benefits.
• Maintain clear People documentation, policies, playbooks, and resources.
• Research employment requirements when expanding into new countries.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows using AI and automation.
• Lead improvements to onboarding and lifecycle experiences.
• Identify operational risks, deadlines, and data-quality issues.
• Collaborate with employees and managers across locations and time zones.
• Take on increasingly complex People programs as the organization grows.
