Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Denver seeks a Lead, Process Transformation to drive the evolution of People Operations, standardizing and automating workflows from hire to retire. You will partner with HR, Legal and Finance to design scalable experiences and oversee HRIS Operations and People Services.

You will lead enterprise process transformation initiatives, develop business cases with ROI, and build governance with KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

10+ years in People/Ops, HR Ops, or related fields.
5+ years leading managers and operational teams.
Experience leading enterprise-scale process transformation initiatives.
Experience managing HR shared services or similar service organizations.
Strong understanding of HR technology ecosystems (Workday or comparable HRIS).
Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or operational excellence methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use operational metrics to drive decisions.
Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead multi-year strategy for transforming People Ops processes.
Analyze end-to-end employee lifecycle workflows to identify friction and inefficiencies.
Redesign processes using Lean, service design, and automation.
Collaborate with technical partners to understand tooling, AI and automation solutions.
Build business cases that quantify operational impact, employee experience improvements, and ROI.
Prioritize transformation initiatives based on impact, scalability, and objectives.
Partner with People Technology to implement technology solutions improving efficiency.
Evaluate workflow automation, AI, integrations, self-service to drive prioritization for people tech.
Ensure process design and technology decisions create sustainable solutions.
Balance configuration, workflow redesign, and policy changes to achieve outcomes.
Lead and coach managers and individual contributors across HRIS Operations and People Services.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change leadership.
Influence across HR, Finance, IT, Security, and Legal to translate priorities into improvements.
