Job summary

Tatari is seeking a part-time People Operations Coordinator to join the global POPs team. You will collaborate with the USA POPs group and our Ukraine/Europe colleagues to ensure consistent processes, from onboarding to payroll, while fostering a cohesive remote culture across time zones.

The role requires 4–8pm Kyiv time, 1+ year in HR/People Ops or admin, and strong discretion. Remote-first with potential hybrid options depending on location and needs.

Qualifications

• Part-time role requiring 4–8pm Kyiv time on business days.
• 1+ year in HR, People Operations, or an administrative role.
• Fluency in Ukrainian (spoken and written) and English (B1/B2 or higher).
• Good judgement and discretion—handle sensitive information.
• Comfortable working independently across time zones, knowing when to elevate.
• Bonus: hands-on experience with Rippling, Remote (EOR), Workday, Expensify and Greenhouse.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between USA POPs team and Europe team (~25 people).
• Manage lifecycle of the European team: onboarding/offboarding, payroll & expenses, benefits issues, records, hardware.
• Drive company culture: plan remote team events, regular 1:1s to build relationships.
• Assist with recruiting tasks: schedule interviews, conduct preliminary interviews for European roles.
• Contribute to ad hoc POPs projects and translate internal documentation.
