Job summary

Databricks is seeking a strategic leader to elevate its global People M&A function. You will bridge Corporate Development, People Leadership, and business units to orchestrate end-to-end deal lifecycles from due diligence through Day 1 and integration.

You’ll lead cross-functional deal teams, design scalable operating models, manage senior executives, and ensure seamless transitions for acquired employees worldwide.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
• 8+ years leading end-to-end global M&A deals in high-growth tech environments.
• Strong executive presence with ability to influence Founders/C-suite and CorpDev leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary People executive on M&A deals across end-to-end lifecycle (Due Diligence to Day 1 and integration).
• Design and execute integration strategies across Culture, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, and Systems.
• Architect and mature the People M&A Playbook with standardized governance and data-integrity frameworks.
• Manage cross-functional deal workstreams (TA, Benefits, Total Rewards, Global Mobility, People Partners).
• Partner with CorpDev, Legal, Finance and BU Leaders to present diligence findings and roadmaps.
