You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, guiding organizational transformation, scaling talent strategies, and fostering high-performing teams across the business.

You will own end-to-end delivery of core People programs, surface organizational health insights from multiple data sources, and coach VP+ leaders through change,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR/People experience with strategic partnership.
• Experience supporting VP+ and executive leaders in talent strategy.
• Track record delivering complex People programs end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to translate strategy into talent initiatives.
• Own end-to-end delivery of core People programs including performance reviews and compensation planning.
• Develop dashboards and insights with Workforce Intelligence.
• Coach VP+ leaders through organizational change.
• Identify talent risks and design solutions.
