Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Payroll Operate to lead design and delivery of multinational payroll solutions. You will bridge client stakeholders, EY technology, and payroll teams to ensure scalable, compliant global payroll implementations across countries.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, managing deliverables, and supporting sales-to-implementation handovers. Strong English, PMP/Prince2 or Lean Six Sigma preferred; Workday/Oracle/SAP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field is required or preferred.
• Extensive experience in global payroll implementation and delivery.
• Demonstrated PM skills across multi-country payroll programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global design workshops and define requirements and architecture.
• Own and maintain global implementation deliverables and designs.
• Act as global design owner ensuring scalability and compliance.
• Support sales-to-implementation handover and clarify contractual terms.
• Serve as primary technology contact for clients and EY teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams across regions, managing scope, risks, and budgets.
• Coordinate with technology, payroll, and local teams to meet standards.
• Provide escalation support and ensure quality throughout lifecycle.
• Contribute to business development with RFPs, pricing, and demos.
• Develop templates and tools to improve EY GPO capabilities.
• Coach team members and foster a high-performing culture.
