Job summary

Labcorp seeks a Senior Director of Payroll Projects & Payroll Time to lead the global payroll transformation, governance, and time strategy. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration in Burlington, NC with remote workdays, guiding enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders.

You will partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, Technology, and external vendors to optimize processes, leverage analytics, and drive scalable, compliant solutions aligned with enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 12+ years of progressive payroll experience, incl. global payroll operations.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in payroll, projects, or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional global payroll projects from strategy through execution.
• Drive payroll harmonization, process standardization, and transformation initiatives across regions.
• Identify automation and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Establish governance, roadmaps, and metrics to sustain operational excellence.
• Partner with senior leadership to execute payroll and time strategies aligned with priorities.
