Confidential is seeking an experienced Director, Global Payroll Service Delivery to lead strategy and execution of a complex international payroll operation within HR, payroll and workforce technology. The role focuses on operational excellence, service quality, process optimization, vendor strategy and scalable delivery across multi-country environments.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive payroll experience with global or multi-country operations.
Experience leading complex, high-volume international payroll environments.
Proven track record in global payroll implementations and transformations.
Strong governance, risk management and compliance understanding.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of payroll services across a complex international environment.
Oversee end-to-end payroll lifecycle including data collection, processing, validation, funding, and billing.
Establish service standards and accountability across global operations.
Drive transformation initiatives to improve accuracy, scalability and automation.
Partner with Legal, Finance and HR to ensure compliance.
