Job summary

Acuity Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Global Payroll Operations to define and drive a multi‑year payroll strategy across a global enterprise. This leader will align associates and leaders with scalable, compliant services and leverage AI/automation to improve efficiency.

Open to applicants anywhere in the United States, with up to 20% travel. The role requires enterprise leadership, cross‑functional influence, and transformation experience in a large multinational.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or related field. Masters preferred.
• PMP Certification.
• 15+ years of global payroll/time-management experience, incl. 7+ years in multi-country operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global payroll/time strategy and operating model.
• Lead end-to-end global payroll/time operations for a multi-country scope.
• Partner with executives on strategy, compliance, and investments.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, tax administration, and internal controls.
• Establish governance and accountability across teams, vendors, and technology.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and value realization.
• Lead transformation initiatives including standardization and automation.
• Develop and mentor a global high-performing team.
