Job summary

Qualcomm Incorporated seeks a Leader of Global Payroll to provide strategic and operational leadership for payroll and time across 30+ countries, including governance, risk management, and automation initiatives. You will drive AI-driven solutions, workforce management technology, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure accurate, compliant payroll.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, and third-party providers to modernize systems, enhance controls, and elevate employee experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, HR, information systems, or related field.
• CPP or GPMI certification preferred.
• 9+ years of finance, accounting, or payroll-related work experience.
• 12+ years of progressive payroll operations including multinational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll operations for 50K+ employees across 30+ countries and multiple entities.
• Provide leadership for payroll teams in US, India, China, Germany, and other regions.
• Govern payroll systems: ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, Workday/ERP integrations; drive automation and AI initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international payroll regulations; manage SOX controls.
• Manage vendor relationships with ADP and other providers; oversee scorecards and escalations.
• Direct payroll transformation programs and standardization across regions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, IT, HR, and business leaders on reporting and cost analysis.
