You will become the trusted product expert for payroll and HR features in your region, guiding clients through processing, tax filing, and compliance matters.

The role emphasizes developing helpful content, identifying trends from support interactions, and collaborating with Product Managers to address critical payroll concerns.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of customer support experience in US Payroll domain.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for payroll discrepancies.
• Experience in payroll/provider HR software or large in-house payroll preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and guide customers through payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance questions.
• Become the go-to product expert on Global Payroll and HR capabilities for customers in your region.
• Develop and maintain clear content, documentation, and FAQs to support customers and internal teams.
• Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities to improve support.
• Partner with regional Product Managers to provide insights on support volume and compliance concerns.
• Serve as a senior resource and escalation point for complex payroll issues.
• Own and resolve challenging customer cases using deep platform and country-specific payroll expertise.
