Rippling is hiring for a Customer Support Payroll role in the US. You will troubleshoot payroll issues, guide customers through tax filing and compliance, and become the regional expert on Global Payroll and HR capabilities.

You will build knowledge bases and collaborate with product teams to address trends and critical concerns. Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in US payroll support, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of US Payroll customer support experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with payroll providers or HR software preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Based in Pacific or Mountain timezone state; PST shift availability.
• Available Tuesday to Saturday; training Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues and guide customers through processing.
• Serve as go-to product expert for Global Payroll and HR in your region.
• Create and maintain clear content, docs, and FAQs for customers and internal teams.
• Analyze support interactions to identify trends and pain points.
• Collaborate with regional Product Managers on feedback and compliance concerns.
• Act as senior resource and escalation for complex payroll cases.
• Own and resolve challenging cases using platform and country-specific knowledge.
