Job summary

Rippling is hiring for a Customer Support Payroll role in the United States. You will handle payroll processing guidance, tax questions, and compliance inquiries for customers in your region.

You will become the regional product expert, create helpful content, and work with Product Managers to address compliance concerns. This role emphasizes problem solving, timely resolutions, and customer‑centric service.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of customer support experience in US Payroll domain.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for payroll discrepancies.
• Experience with payroll providers or HR software is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues and guide customers through processing and compliance questions.
• Become the go-to product expert on Global Payroll and HR capabilities for your region.
• Develop and maintain content, documentation, and FAQs for customers and internal teams.
• Analyze support interactions to identify trends and improve the support experience.
• Collaborate with regional Product Managers on support volume and regulatory concerns.
• Serve as a senior resource and escalation point for complex payroll cases.
• Own and resolve challenging customer cases using deep product and country-specific payroll knowledge.
