Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analyzing payroll discrepancies
• Experience with payroll providers or HR software preferred

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot payroll issues and guide customers through processing and compliance
• Be the go-to product expert on Global Payroll for your region
• Develop clear content and FAQs for customers and internal teams
• Analyze support interactions to identify trends and improve experience
• Partner with Product Managers on payroll and compliance insights
• Handle complex regional payroll cases as escalation point
• Own final resolution of challenging customer cases
