Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Product Specialist, Payroll, to join the Payroll Implementation team. You will partner with our largest US and Global customers, understand their payroll and GL setups, and guide them through Taxes, Job Codes, and Time & Attendance for seamless integration.

You will become the go-to for Rippling Payroll, collaborate with Implementation and Product teams, develop processes, and support new country launches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of payroll implementation experience with a strong grasp of payroll, GL, taxes, job codes and time policies.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert on Rippling’s Payroll products and act as a go-to resource for clients and colleagues.
• Serve as a trusted implementation partner by understanding client payroll and accounting setups and guiding GL and tax configurations.
• Collaborate with Implementation and Product teams to evolve processes and products and document best practices.
• Support payroll-adjacent product launches and new country launches.
