Job summary

DGI Supply Inc. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support USA and Canada payroll operations. The role ensures accurate, timely pay, benefits deductions, and regulatory compliance across multiple states/provinces and countries.

You will work with the Payroll Lead on day-to-day operations, including reporting, audits, and employee support. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of payroll experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ year payroll experience in a multi-state/province environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Experience with UKG UltiPro is a plus; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll across multiple states/provinces and countries, with garnishments, taxes, and benefits.
• Handle new hires, transfers, terminations, and payroll changes accurately and timely.
• Oversee timecard adjustments and respond to payroll-related inquiries.
• Prepare state/provincial and federal payroll reports and ensure compliance.
• Support audits and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
