Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of full-cycle payroll experience across multiple locations and jurisdictions.
• Experience with UKG and processing hourly, salaried, and commission payrolls.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll for hourly and salaried employees across multiple U.S. states on bi-weekly or semi-monthly schedule.
• Input and maintain employee data including hires, terminations, transfers, and compensation changes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws and company policies.
• Respond to employee pay inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with HR and managers to verify timekeeping data and resolve discrepancies.
• Process off-cycle checks, bonuses, and manual payments as needed.
• Prepare payroll reports and provide audits as required.
• Maintain payroll records and documentation per legal and internal requirements.
• Distribute pay statements, W-2s, and other tax documents.
• Assist with payroll tax reporting and filings with internal or external partners.
• Support year-end and quarter-end reconciliations and audits.
