Job summary

Dgi-Supply-8 is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support the USA and Canada payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely payments, deductions, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with the Payroll Lead to run day-to-day payroll operations across multiple states and provinces.

Responsibilities include processing new hires and terminations, adjusting timecards, handling garnishments and benefits, generating reports, and assisting with audits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of payroll experience required.
• Knowledge of multi-state/province and Canada payroll is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office and payroll systems (UKG/UltiPro) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly disbursement of payroll across USA, Canada, and multiple entities.
• Process new hires, transfers, terminations, and deductions timely.
• Oversee and adjust employee timecards daily.
• Assist employees with payroll questions and benefits deductions.
• Prepare provincial and federal reports and related compliance tasks.
