DGI Supply in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support the payroll department for the USA and Canada, ensuring accurate and timely pay, benefits deductions, and compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

You will manage multi-country, multi-state payroll, new hires and terminations, timecard adjustments, deductions, 401(k)/RRSP related questions, and preparation of state/provincial and federal reports while collaborating with the Payroll Lead.

Qualifications

• 1+ years payroll experience required; degree.
• Knowledge of state and federal payroll rules is preferred.
• Experience with multi-state/province payroll and Canadian payroll is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Process weekly multi-country, multi-state/province payroll including garnishments and taxes.
• Process new hires, transfers, rate changes, deductions and terminations.
• Oversee and adjust employee timecards daily.
• Assist employees with payroll, time-off and 401(k)/RRSP questions.
• Prepare provincial/federal reports and payroll-related reporting.
