Job summary

Hygiena is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Camarillo to manage bi-weekly payroll for multi-state entities using ADP, under the Payroll Manager. You will help ensure accurate payroll processing, assist with international payroll, and support management with reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of payroll experience required, in a corporate environment.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll system.
• Knowledge of multi-state and international payroll.
• Excellent English communication, with Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state entities via ADP, with oversight from Payroll Manager.
• Assist Americas & APAC payroll; onboard international employees.
• Prepare statistical summaries and reports using Excel and payroll system.
